As the author of Healthy Logic, Gut Logic, and Menopause Logic, Graham continues his mission of helping people better understand medications, nutrition, health research, and everyday lifestyle decisions.
His philosophy is straightforward: health decisions should be informed by credible evidence, thoughtful questions, and practical understanding rather than misinformation or passing trends.
